Picayo Restaurant in Laguna Beach, and Newport Beach Brewing Company join with Garment Guard to raise money and awareness for male breast cancer. This charitable dine and drink to benefit the John W. Nick Foundation is scheduled for September 22nd, at 5PM!
John W. Nick Foundation, Inc. is pleased to announce the first annual “Race for the Beer Charity Dine and Drink,” on September 22nd, at 5PM. With the help of Garment Guard, Picayo Restaurant in Laguna Beach, and Newport Beach Brewing Company, this charitable dine and drink will raise money and awareness for male breast cancer.
When it comes to most men the last thing on their mind is their health. According to the American Cancer Society, 33% of the men who contract invasive breast cancer die due to late detection. Volunteers will be on hand to pass out literature about male breast cancer.
Picayo Restaurant and Newport Beach Brewing Company will donate 10% of their receipts to JWNF the evening of the event. Can't make it? Don't worry! Make a donation at www.malebreastcancer.org/donate.html.
See you at the event! Cheers!

The John W. Nick Foundation, Inc. was founded by Nancy Nick in 1995 in memory of her father John Nick who died from male breast cancer in 1991 at the age of 58. Awareness, along with early detection, could have saved his life.
